Salinas Premium Sleeper Gel Apartment Sofa

This sofa features a queen-size Nature’s Bed gel foam mattress. Unlike older innerspring models that often have a "bar-in-the-back" feel, gel foam contours to the body's natural pressure points to provide superior support. Additionally, the gel-infused material helps dissipate heat more effectively than standard foam, ensuring your overnight guests remain cool and comfortable throughout the night.

Yes, this sofa is specifically engineered as an "apartment sleeper," balancing a generously proportioned seating area with a space-efficient footprint. At 89 inches wide, it provides the comfort of a standard sofa while housing a full queen-size mattress. This design is ideal for urban dwellers or homeowners looking to convert a home office or den into a functional guest suite without the bulk of traditional sleeper units.

With a depth of 42 inches and a height of 37 inches, this sofa is designed to fit through most standard residential doorways. To navigate particularly tight turns or narrow apartment entries, the dark-finished block legs can typically be removed to provide extra clearance. We recommend measuring your entry points and any tight corners in your hallway prior to delivery to ensure a smooth transition.

No, this sleeper sofa does not require customer assembly. It is delivered as a complete piece of furniture with the Nature's Bed gel foam mattress and the sleeper mechanism already professionally installed. Our white-glove delivery service ensures the sofa is placed exactly where you want it, allowing you to enjoy your new furniture immediately.

To maintain the rich texture and "pine" color of the chenille, we recommend regular vacuuming with a soft brush attachment to remove surface dust and debris. Because the fabric is 100% polyester, it is relatively easy to maintain; for minor spills, gently blot the area with a clean, damp cloth. To prevent fading, it is best to position the sofa away from direct, prolonged sunlight.

The upholstery is crafted from 100% polyester chenille, a material selected for its exceptional durability and soft, tactile hand. Polyester is a high-performance synthetic fiber naturally resistant to stretching, pilling, and shrinking. The dense weave of the chenille adds a layer of structural integrity, making it an excellent choice for primary living spaces that see daily use by family and pets.
