Arrived Without the Door, Need to Wait 90 Days
This arrived without the sliding door. I called Customer Service and they told me they'd ship a door out immediately and then have a furniture specialist come to our house to install it. After the door didn't arrive within the promised 3 to 5 day window, we called Customer Service again. They told us the original plan wasn't an option and we need to wait at least 90 days for a replacement to arrive. At this point, I'm not sure we'll ever get a replacement...which is then going to send us down a whole other path. This was part of a 5 piece set. Obviously the quality control at the furniture factory needs improvement. If we can't get a replacement...what do we do? Start over? It's just all very disappointing.
