Somewhat uncomfortable.
First of all I commend rooms to go for the excellent customer service I received from all the employees. My comment by no means is meant to indicate rooms to go sells inferior products. I seem to have problems getting comfortable in chairs. After using it for one month it’s not as comfortable as it was when I sat on it for a few minutes in the showroom. I bought it from the showroom at a discount. For that reason it’s not refundable and I regret not having the option to return it. It’s a little uncomfortable for me. My back hurts.
