Missing ferrrule, important part of the umbrella. No response from rooms to go.
One of my two umbrellas never came with the top of the ferrule/finial. Several weeks ago, I called rooms to go and spoke with an agent who said that the piece would be sent to my home within the week. As of 11/8/2025 I have still not received the top of the umbrella or an update of its whereabouts. Please send this as soon as possible. The top of the umbrella is open and water can leak into it destroying the umbrella. Please correct the problem as soon as possible and send the ferrule/finial
