This 9' octagon shaped, auto tilt umbrella offers high 98% UV protection with Sunbrella fabric in a Heather beige color. Durable too, Sunbrella fabric is known for its ability to resist fading, mold and mildew. With a rotation of the crank handle, the dynamic tilt mechanism ensures the 100% Kevlar lift cord will power the umbrella into a full tilt position. The sturdy aluminum pole is rendered in a powder coated bronze finish. 100% Sunbrella fabric. To clean Sunbrella fabric remove dirt and spray on cleaning solution (water and mild soap), then use a soft bristle brush or sponge. Allow cleaning solution to soak into fabric and rinse thoroughly until soap residue is removed. Air dry. Do not dry clean.

Missing ferrrule, important part of the umbrella. No response from rooms to go.
One of my two umbrellas never came with the top of the ferrule/finial. Several weeks ago, I called rooms to go and spoke with an agent who said that the piece would be sent to my home within the week. As of 11/8/2025 I have still not received the top of the umbrella or an update of its whereabouts. Please send this as soon as possible. The top of the umbrella is open and water can leak into it destroying the umbrella. Please correct the problem as soon as possible and send the ferrule/finial

It’s a nice umbrella, though the stand doesn’t fit under the table so it can not be used. Waiting on replacement stand. It’s been 7 weeks. I’m sure once i’m able to use it I’ll probably like it
