Kids Seymore White Conversion Kit

The Seymore conversion kit will convert the Seymore convertible crib into a full size bed with a headboard and a footboard. Each side rail is finished to match your crib. The conversion kit comes with two coordinating side rails and three slat support pieces. Customer assembly required.
