Never received the right couch
We were very excited to get this couch, however when it arrived there was no RAF chaise. When I called to get the correct piece I was told that the system was messed up the day I ordered and I was quoted and paid for the piece without the raf chaise. But as you see even my review is showing I should have gotten the RAF chaise. So no my review isn’t great and if you are buying from RTG do not use any online service. You need to go to the store and then ask 14 times to ensure the correct furniture is what hit are purchasing because otherwise they will tell you it’s an addition $800 to get the piece you originally ordered even if it’s the stores mess up. Just make sure you ask as many times as possibly that you are paying for and receiving the correct couch or there is no fixing it they will not honor their price
