Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Will the cushions fade if the chair is placed in a sunny area?
The cushions are specifically designed for high-sun exposure and feature UV-resistant properties to help prevent fading and material degradation. To maintain the crisp Dove gray color and ensure the fabric remains supple, we recommend using furniture covers when the piece is not in use for extended periods or during the peak intensity of the summer months.
What is the best way to clean and maintain the wicker and cushions?
Our expert care guides recommend a simple maintenance routine to keep your furniture looking new. For both the wicker frame and the cushions, use a soft cloth with mild soap and warm water to gently remove dust, pollen, or debris. Always allow the cushions to air dry fully. For long-term preservation, we suggest storing the cushions indoors during extreme weather or long stretches of non-use.
Is this chair durable enough for year-round outdoor use?
Yes, this chair is engineered for long-lasting performance in various outdoor environments. It features a large-weave, all-weather wicker construction that withstands the elements, supported by a rust-resistant powder-coated aluminum frame. This combination of materials is specifically chosen for its ability to maintain structural integrity and appearance season after season, resisting the warping or cracking common in less durable materials.
How does this furniture perform in humid or coastal climates?
This chair is exceptionally well-suited for high-moisture areas and coastal regions. The powder-coated aluminum frame is inherently rust-resistant, providing a critical barrier against the corrosive effects of salt air and humidity. Additionally, the synthetic all-weather wicker is designed to repel moisture, which helps prevent the growth of mold and mildew in damp conditions.
Is this chair suitable for a smaller outdoor space like a balcony?
Measuring 36 inches wide, this chair provides a deep, luxurious seating experience while remaining compact enough for many balconies and smaller patios. The tropical club chair style offers a substantial look that can serve as a primary focal point in limited layouts. Because it is built with a lightweight aluminum frame, it is also easy to move and rearrange as your space requirements change.

4.5 out of 5 stars
I am still missing 4 cushions and it will Be 6 weeks from delivery until I am supposed to get them. We have 2 chairs that are taking up space and unusable. I loved the store staff but this is unacceptable and I will never recommend or buy anything again. It’s an insult I had to push back to get $50 out of a $5000 purchase to get this right. Still waiting and now I will have to arrange my schedule to be home again for when these come. So much inconvenience and multiple conversations to make people understand I never had my cushions delivered. If they don’t come by end of the month I am demanding a full return of my furniture. Awful service - there’s no reason I couldn’t have my cushions fedex’d to me instead of waiting.
Quite possibly the worst customer service ever
Best chair ever
I absolutely love this chair it glides forwards and backwards, spins 360 degrees and is so deep I can sit with my legs curled and read!
