The furniture it well made and beautiful! It makes my bedroom look perfect.
Espectacular

The bed came without the hardware and I had to call customer care, after the screws were delivered, I schedule the tech visit. He told me that the hardware was incomplete. I had to call customer care again and tech wrote in the notes which parts were missing. After the second order for the missing hardware got delivered. I schedule a tech visit and once again the hardware was incomplete this time I went to the store to let them know the situation and there was no an exchange option because the bed was discontinued. This time the manager did a few calls and I told him to make them send the complete set of the hardware. After 2 hrs the order for the hardware was placed, after 2 days the hardware was delivered and once again it was incomplete. I had to call customer service again and I had to wait to receive a call back from customer care to get a solution for the issue. This time they gave me the option of exchange even though I was told that the bed was discontinued. Now after one month I am waiting for the delivery hoping that everything is complete.
