Sectional sofa
I bought new furniture a sectional paid cash. First they delivered the wrong sectional piece I wanted the chase to be on my right side not on the left. Finally it was delivered correctly. . I happen to notice my ottoman did not line up when closed. Called service care center. They send a man to evaluate the ottoman. He found hydraulic broken. He was was going to take the under cover off and see what he can fix. I don’t want a fix piece of furniture that not even three weeks old. I bought new furniture not used broken furniture that’s need to be fix. I want a new piece of furniture to replace broken ottoman. I still haven’t had a call back from care center about replacing my broken ottoman. I m still waiting on call about the replacement.
