Soho Place Sleeper Sectional

This sofa features a Sealy Royale mattress, which leverages Sealy's specialized mattress engineering to provide a sleep surface that balances support with the flexibility needed for a pull-out mechanism. By utilizing high-quality materials designed specifically for folding frames, it significantly reduces the "bar-in-the-back" sensation often found in traditional sleeper models, ensuring your guests receive a more restful night's sleep.

With a compact width of 87 inches, this sofa is an excellent solution for smaller footprints. In professional interior design, the "2/3 rule" suggests that a sofa should occupy approximately two-thirds of the wall it sits against to keep the room from feeling cramped. This model's streamlined track arms and space-saving sleeper functionality allow you to provide guest accommodations without overwhelming your living area.

High-quality craftsmanship is demonstrated in the tailoring and structural details. The use of welted seams on the track arms and back pillows provides reinforced edges that prevent fraying while creating a crisp, contemporary aesthetic. Additionally, the inclusion of reversible scatter back pillows is a mark of premium design, allowing you to flip them to manage the natural wear of the fabric and extend the life of the piece.

The upholstery is crafted from a high-performance blend of 95% polyester and 5% linen. Polyester is a powerhouse material in the furniture industry, favored for its exceptional resistance to pilling, stretching, and everyday wear. Based on our expertise in high-traffic furniture maintenance, we also recommend taking advantage of the reversible seat and back cushions; rotating them periodically ensures even wear and helps maintain the sofa's loft and appearance for years to come.

Choosing a sleeper with a Sealy Royale mattress provides an added layer of trust and reliability. Unlike generic sleeper mattresses, Sealy products undergo rigorous testing for durability and support. This ensures that the mattress maintains its shape and comfort levels even after repeated folding and unfolding, making it a superior choice for homeowners who host guests frequently.

Yes, one of the most versatile features of this sofa is its reversible "floating" chaise. Because the chaise base is not fixed to the frame, you can easily shift it from one side to the other. By simply moving the base and flipping the reversible seat cushions, you can transition the layout from left-facing to right-facing, making it a perfect long-term investment that adapts to different room configurations.
