Disappointed
We were very happy at first with the sales team that cordially help us pick up items for the house. They made us aware that we could not return but they would honor an exchange if the product didn’t work for whatever the reason be. We made one exchange and we realized it was too small for the space we asked to upgrade an purchase a much larger furniture and we’re not allowed to switch out the furniture for this option. So we are stuck with furniture we do not like. Corporate made us feel like we made a mistake of which we had no way out and that we where at fault and there was no recourse.

The table is great and so are the chairs. They are comfortable and you can fit two at the ends when you need to open it up and put 8 people at it! The rug is also so nice. One piece around the edge was pulled but we just put that part towards the back.
