I had to return both chairs ...poorly made
Solana Patio Chair/Bar Stool
This patio chair was purchased to go with our indoor counter height kitchen island, and is great so guests can come in from the pool and sit in the chairs with no worries. The workmanship, strength, comfort, finish and design is excellent! This chair is absolutely the best, we have had so many compliments on it!
Don’t buy this product
The plastic wrapping around the bottom of the chairs / all of them / turned brown. As the chairs were still within the warranty period the store where I bought them exchanged them for a new set. I was told by the store manager that this new set would also eventually have the same problem of darkened plastic wrapping. I originally tried to return ( exchange) these chairs as per the additional maintenance agreement that I purchased. This claim was denied as they claimed “ wear and tear” were not covered events. This was ridiculous as the browning occurred as a result of the use of defective materials in its construction. The store also indicated to me that if (when) this darkening happens again it would not be recognized or acted upon by the store again. As a result of this event I will no longer buy any future products from your business.
Easy to put together and just waiting for better weather to try them outside
