Couches Great service after is not.
Love the couches, bought all three pieces and missed putting service contact on one. I’m being told after the couches are delivered there is no way to add it even though it’s only been 18 days. I’m told there’s nothing that can be done. Shame on me for the mistake of missing it but this policy is terrible. You lost my future business.
Comfortable
The Southlake Navy Triple Power Recliner is very comfortable. It has a very supportive lumbar system built into the chair. I am enjoying the chair very much.
