Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Will such a large sectional fit through a narrow apartment hallway or doorway?
While the fully assembled width is a generous 138 inches, this is a modular system delivered as three separate components (a left-arm facing chaise, a right-arm facing chaise, and an armless loveseat). This modularity makes it much easier to navigate through standard 30-inch doorways, tight hallways, or elevators compared to a traditional one-piece sofa of the same scale.
Is this sectional suitable for households with pets or small children?
Yes, this sectional is upholstered in LuxeGuard performance fabric, which is 100% polypropylene. Polypropylene is highly valued in the furniture industry for its inherent resistance to stains, moisture, and wear. The textured weave is durable enough to withstand high-traffic use, making it an excellent choice for family rooms or even vacation rentals where durability and easy maintenance are priorities.
How comfortable is the mattress in this sleeper for overnight guests?
This sleeper features a Nature’s Bed gel foam mattress, which offers a significant upgrade over traditional innerspring sofa beds. The gel-infused foam is designed to contour to the body for pressure relief while helping to regulate temperature, ensuring guests stay cool and comfortable. Because it uses high-density foam rather than a thin spring system, it eliminates the "metal bar" feel often associated with older sleeper designs.
What is the best way to clean and maintain the textured performance fabric?
For daily maintenance, we recommend regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris from the textured weave. Because the LuxeGuard fabric is made of performance polypropylene, most spills can be blotted away with a clean, damp cloth. For tougher spots, our general care expertise suggests using a mild soap and water solution, but always test a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure the fabric's integrity.
How does the "modular" design affect the stability of the sofa during daily use?
The ModularOne system is engineered for stability. While the pieces are individual for easy transport and reconfiguration, they are designed to fit together securely to prevent shifting during use. The heavy-duty construction of the sleeper mechanism within the loveseat also adds significant grounding weight to the center of the arrangement, ensuring the sectional feels solid and stationary whether you are lounging or sleeping.
Can I change the layout of the pieces if I move to a new home?
One of the standout features of the ModularOne collection is its flexibility. Each piece—including the chaises and the sleeper loveseat—is upholstered on all sides. This means you are not restricted to a single configuration; you can rearrange the sections to fit different room shapes or even use pieces individually as standalone seating if your layout changes.

Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
