Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Will this large sectional fit through narrow doorways or into an apartment?
While the fully assembled dimensions are a generous 156"w x 124.5"d, the modular nature of this set solves many "last mile" delivery challenges. Because the sectional is comprised of individual pieces rather than one oversized frame, it is significantly easier to navigate through standard 30-inch apartment doorways, elevators, or tight stairwells. This makes it an excellent choice for urban dwellers who want maximum seating without the logistical headaches of a traditional large-scale sofa.
What makes the sleeper mattress in this sofa different from a standard pull-out?
To provide a premium guest experience, this sectional features a Nature’s Bed gel foam mattress tucked inside the armless loveseat. Gel foam is an advanced material designed to contour to the body more effectively than traditional innerspring mattresses, which helps eliminate the "bar-in-the-back" discomfort often associated with older sleeper designs. Additionally, the gel infusion is specifically engineered to dissipate heat, providing a cooler and more supportive sleeping surface for overnight guests.
Can this modular sectional be rearranged to fit different room layouts?
This Drew & Jonathan ModularOne system is specifically engineered for ultimate versatility. Each of the seven pieces is fully upholstered on all sides, allowing you to reconfigure the layout to suit your specific space. Whether you need an expansive L-shape for an open-concept living area or want to separate pieces for individual seating during a large gathering, the modular design provides the flexibility to adapt as your needs change.
What specific technology features are built into the consoles?
The two integrated media consoles serve as a complete tech hub for your living space. Each console is equipped with USB ports and wireless charging pads to keep your devices powered, alongside Bluetooth-enabled speakers for an upgraded audio experience. Beyond the electronics, the consoles offer hidden storage for remotes or charging cables and feature durable acrylic tops that allow them to function as stable side tables for beverages.
Is the fabric durable enough for a high-traffic home with kids and pets?
The upholstery is crafted from LuxeGuard performance fabric, a 100% Polypropylene material. In the furniture industry, Polypropylene is highly regarded for its inherent resistance to stains, moisture, and fading. Because the color is integrated into the fibers themselves, this "Spa" textured fabric is exceptionally resilient against the spills and daily wear of a busy household, making it a professional-grade choice for both durability and ease of maintenance.
What size room is best suited for this 7-piece furniture set?
With a total width of 156 inches, this sectional is designed to be the centerpiece of a large, open-concept living room or a dedicated media suite. To maintain a balanced aesthetic, we recommend following the "two-thirds rule," where the furniture occupies approximately two-thirds of the wall it sits against. This ensures the sectional provides maximum seating capacity without overwhelming the architectural flow of your home.

Very good couch
I love it and most especially my kids love the comfortability
Worst furniture purchase ever.
While it looks fine and fashionable at a glance, in less than a year, we're already considering replacing this sectional. It's VERY poor quality, and does not wear well at all. The fabric pills like crazy (seriously... the fabric looks sooo bad), the cushions sag to the point of being incredibly uncomfortable, it's just a really poorly made product. It is not "life proof" and might be fine if you have a room for occasional visitors, but not much else. Truly regret our purchase and would not recommend to anyone especially if you actually use your furniture, have pets or kids, etc.
Left arm chase damaged . Contacted rooms to go & they Replaced that left arm Chase. It took weeks to get someone out then he had to order a replacement after noticing the defect. The replacement has the same defect. Because of their multiple week process to resolve issues with new orders/deliveries, it put me beyond the limit to return. That’s not fair. It is a manufactured issue so there’s nothing else that can be done. No compensation. No discount. Nothing. Just “I’m sorry, there nothing else we can do because it’s been a few weeks since delivered.” The only reason it’s been weeks is because that how long it took for them to get through there process.
