Damaged furniture, where they very unhappy resolution
Chest had damage to the back panel when delivered. After a month of correspondence about the issue, what I was told at the beginning was that rooms to go would order the back panel and have it shipped to my home and would be able to give me a $70 refund on my purchase. All sounded very fair until a month later, I followed up to get an update on the panel and or refund. At that time, I was told that if the panel was sent that could take up to 120 days to receive, there would be no refund and if there was a refund, it would indicate a “as is“ agreement and no panel would be ordered. Very sad that a reputable business will not standby its product any better and provide a fix for the furniture as well as compensate for the trouble. I will be very reluctant to give any further business to rooms to go due to this.
