Beautiful and solid. Rooms to Go’s delivery team was phenomenal in delivering the furniture as well as assembling the furniture. They were professional, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently. There was one manufacturer’s defect on one of the chairs. I was given a customer care card and was informed exactly what to do to exchange the chair. The customer care department took immediate action and gave me a selection of dates that was convenient for me to exchange the chair. Both delivery teams were punctual as to the arrival time as well as courteous. The second team again ensured that if I had any issues to contact the customer care department for assistance. Communication was absolutely excellent by both teams, too. Highly recommend this product and Rooms to Go!
