Had a terrible experience with guy who delivered and put the bed together. He did such a horrible job that it broke down two days after he assembled the bed. He was paid $300 for his services. We called him to try to fix it. However he got upset because we voiced our frustrations for no show/no call for three days he said he would come. Contacted the store where we bought it, the sales person didn’t offer any tangible solutions. So this experience left such a bad impression of the store.
