Had to exchange the units as they were different color shades and couldn’t be level. We decided to go with a darker color in the exchange. Customer service personnel very difficult to deal with about the situation. Had to wait over a week plus before someone had to inspect the units then we could order another color that took a week. A lot of wasteful time we sat in home looking at the different colors of the units and not level with family and friends. Now they know first hand the service levels of Rooms to go. Sales rep LJ is fantastic!
