Cheapo Construction, Missing Features, and Hidden/Damaged Ports Do not waste your money on the Stratford Chaise. The overall quality is extremely disappointing for the price. The fabric is rough, stiff, and uncomfortable rather than soft like you'd expect from a relaxing piece of furniture. The biggest issue is the total misrepresentation of features and complete lack of quality control. It is advertised as having four built-in charging ports (two USB-A and two USB-C). Mine arrived with none visible. When I called customer service, assuming the power panel was omitted entirely, I was instructed to lift the cushion and "feel around inside the fabric" for a hole on the inner left side. Sure enough, there wasn't a proper port assembly—just a hole where the fabric looked literally torn open. I had to stick my finger inside this torn hole to search around, only to find one single USB port loose inside the frame. Not only is it hidden inside torn fabric, but it completely fails to deliver the advertised port layout. Cheaply constructed, misleading product details, and unacceptable rough finish. Save yourself the headache and pass on this one.
