I love my new Swansea manual reclining couch
I got a new couch and it looks wonderful in my living room. I love the material and granite color. It's a woven texture which is very nice. The seat cushions are firm although comfortable. The back cushions and arm rest cushions are softer, especially the arm rest cushions which is comfortable for naps. I like the seat cushions to be firmer, it gives better support for the body. The manual reclining mechanism for the two end seats work great and the back cushions recline backward making it very nice for relaxing while watching TV. The price is great, very affordable. The delivery was made within a few days after my purchase and made on time, on the day and at the time promised. The delivery gentlemen called when he was on his way to my home and arrived at tge time promised. They were polite, professional, very efficient, and respectful of my home. During delivery, I noticed the back cushions and arm rest cushions are able to come apart, and attached very quickly, which make the couch easier to move around than when it's all one piece. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my new couch and very pleased with the ease of dealing with Rooms to Go store and delivery department. I purchased furniture from Rooms to Go in the past, quite a long time ago, and was pleased with the quality of the product and customer service back then as well. I'm glad that the store policy has not changed, and they value quality of product and customer satisfaction.
Very disappointed in my order ,have to be returned due to stains on all 3 different pieces, broken armrest on all three pieces,the recliners make noises when you open and closes on all seats,and now the chair I'm setting on is sinking down, I called Corp,said they going g to replace them all.Got to wait to May .And this was a replace mint order from my first original order that's another story .
