Two days after receiving the sofa, I had difficulty letting the raised leg rest down on the right side when sitting or the left side when facing it. I called Rooms to Go and a technician was sent 19 days later. I was told that a new part is needed for my new reclining sofa. I don't want it repaired. I want this sofa replaced.
