Too hard for my body

I was told that it will take sometime to break in, but I have pain all over my body when i wake up. Is this not a right mattress for me?

not good for side sleepers

Very heavy and way too firm and 'gel like' texture - I was not able to return them so I had to give them away to someone else that was desparate for a new set of pillows. Waste of money.

To stiff and high

I got the medium neck pillow. It measured right for my height. But it felt too stiff not enough give and not right alignment for me. And there is no exchange policy.

Bad neck ache from using it only one night.

The pillow is too soft. It compresses too much and doesn’t give enough support. I would like to return it, but your website said you don’t take pillows back.

Contour pillow

The firmness is nice but the shape and spacing of the contours makes this pillow very awkward to use and uncomfortable. Unable to return. Definitely would not buy again.
