Saved Sleep Quality and Neck
Transformed my sleep on night one. I sleep like a rock now and wake up without neck pain or strain. Have tried dozens of pillows. Anyone with broad shoulders, neck pain, or degenerating discs in their neck (my condition) is likely to benefit from this Tempur Pedic pillow. Wish I’d gotten one years ago. This pillow waa recommend by my PT for neck pain and TMJ pain. It is not cooling at all. It is extremely hard, I know memory foam can be and this pillow does say it is extra firm. I wish they offered one that was a little bit softer. It is ok, if I can get it just right, then I can get to sleep. It has not helped with my jaw or neck pain, it's just a pillow. Some mornings my pain is worse, and my jaw has flared up a bit, not sure if it's just due to life or the pillow.
