Beginning with the top notch white glove delivery, the quality of the box spring has elevated my sleep experience. No longer waking up during the night and lower back pain is absolutely gone! Been searching for the right solution for years - once again Stearns and Foster stellar reputation came to the rescue! Highly recommend - the foundation DOES make a difference!!

I hate this mattress protector

I hate this mattress protector, It fits poorly and slides around causing wrinkles under the sheets. I wish there was a better product especially from Tempurpedic. I expected more from this company.

Feels like sand

Not like the Egyptian sheets I bought earlier in the year from them. I bought queen size and everything is so rough and feels like sand. I contacted customer support within a couple days of delivery and they do not offer any resolution. So disappointed since these sheets are expensive. Will not be purchasing from them again. Inconsistent quality, expensive, lacks customer service. Buy elsewhere.

Not as expected. Poor quality

The foam topper has holes in it. It does not feel soft as described. For the price it is very poor quality. The cover for the topper does not fit correctly. It is too long and does not even enclose the topper but rather covers it like a sheet and does not stay tightly on it.

Great Right Out of the Gate

I’m super picky about pillows and have struggled to find a replacement. This Temper-Cloud felt amazing right out of the box. It adapts to you, soft, but too soft, firm where it needs to be. Just amazing. It’s a plus that’s it’s made here in the U.S.
