We were looking for the firm mattress we purchased for another home two years ago when my back started aching. All research shows if your spine is old and not in the best shape, the firmer the better. Alas, the mattress was not available in any store anymore, so we called Sterns and Foster directly and were told "sure, we can make that mattress again for you". We were thrilled and within just 2 days my back was feeling much better. This was such a blessing, as I just started drug therapy for my cancer and felt the care, concern and urgency to get this to us quickly was genuine and heartfelt. I hope the "paying forward" that was done by your salesperson and company comes back to you tenfold. Thank you!!!!

Comfortable and Solid Construction
My wife and I like the adjustable bed base more than we thought we would. The mattress is medium firm and pretty comfortable. Choosing the right pillow is key, too! I had to take my gel pillow back and exchange it for a firmer type that is working out very nicely now.

Mattress Failure/Bad Customer Service
I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and recently filed a warranty claim due to significant sagging. After multiple levels of review, my claim was denied. The company’s stated reason was that the mattress was used on “improper support” (plywood). In reality, my mattress sits on a sturdy metal frame with plywood on top, as part of a lift system in my toy hauler. If it were purely plywood, the system would have collapsed. Despite providing photos and explaining the setup, Tempur-Pedic refused further review and cited warranty rules. They also denied the claim for sagging, even though the mattress clearly has noticeable indentations. I am disappointed that the warranty process did not fairly consider the actual support system or the mattress condition. I hope the company reconsiders how they handle warranty claims, especially for customers in unique setups like RVs or toy haulers.

DONT BUY FROM SEALY
I bought a detective mattress and had took of the law tag and didnt know or relazied that I would have a problem with the mattress. This incident or situation has given me complete turmoil. Customer service with claims are horrible plz dont biy a sealy mattress. They are horrible and will kill your back and mostly with experience pain...
