Very lumpy mattress

When we received this mattress, we expected an excellent product. What arrived was a lumpy mattress which have since returned. Very disappointed in the Sterns and Foster brand-- that we assumed would be excellent.

Terrible Experience and Broken Back
My wife wanted a Tempur-Pedic for years and I finally agreed to get one this year. We also purchased the recommended foundation to support the mattress. From the very first night I experienced lower back pain but figured I just needed time to adjust to the new mattress. We’re now two months in and I’m ready to trash this thing and get another mattress. It’s absolutely horrible. My wife sleeps on the couch because it’s so bad and I’m left with what seems to be permanent back issues, thanks to this terrible mattress. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

TERRIBLE PILLOW AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
This pillow is so uncomfortable and only made my neck hurt worse. They do not have a trial period like for the mattresses, and they don’t accept returns or exchanges. They also don’t make this clear at all when you’re purchasing their overpriced pillows. I give them zero stars
