Ruins the mattress experience
We loved our new Tempur-Pedic mattress so naturally we bought the protector. The protector ruins the mattress because it is so ill fitting. It causes constant ripples and wrinkles in the sheet and negates the cooling component to the mattress. We have the king size- I do not recommend.

Very slippery!
We bought a couple TEMPUR-LuxeBreeze split-king mattresses recently and our salesperson recommended the TEMPUR-Breeze mattress protector. They're somewhat difficult to put on the mattress, since there are two large straps that go under the mattress to hold them in place. It took two of us to put them on. Once on, however, they stayed in place really well. Unfortunately, the top of the mattress protector is really slippery, so our sheets slide all over the place when we sleep on them. We have sheets with deep pockets, but because the mattress protector is so slippery, they come somewhat untucked and bunch up on top of the mattress. If you like your sheets to stay taut and smooth, you should probably avoid this mattress protector.
