The straps to hold on place are extremely stretchable and don't keep it in place. Every night I have to adjust it. It doesn't do anything as far as cooling. That was an added price that wasn't worth it. As far as the softness, it is definitely comfortable. Not sure it's wish it overall though.

Failed product with very poor warranty
My mattress failed and offers no support. I bottom out and cannot sleep with any comfort. The company’s warranty is a fraud in my opinion. They refuse to inspect the mattress to make an honest decision. They ask for photos be sent to them and they deny the claim based on their own arbitrary interpretation. They send you a list of all the things that void the warranty and deny the claim even though none of those items apply to my mattress. It is a phony warranty that covers nothing in my opinion. And the company is miserable and biased to deal with. They have zero compassion and with no proof will flat out deny your claim. Also their product has deteriated in quality over the years as I have personal experience. Go to a mattress store and sit or lie on one of their new mattresses…any one of your choice and you will probably experience that you go to the bottom. I would strongly suggest you consider any other mattress brand and I believe you will be much happier in my opinion based on my personal experience. Stay away from this company to avoid discomfort and potential future aggravation. There are so many better products and better companies to choose from in my opinion. Buyer beware!
