We recently purchased the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt® Closeout Soft King, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best purchases we’ve made. It did take about two weeks to fully break in, but once it did—wow. I’ve struggled with shoulder pain for a while, and since sleeping on this mattress, I haven’t felt an ounce of it. The comfort level is incredible while still providing great support for my joints. We didn’t choose the cooling version, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how cool and comfortable it stays throughout the night. I wake up feeling genuinely refreshed instead of sore and exhausted. I also love that I can’t feel my husband moving around during the night, which has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. With our old mattress, I was constantly tossing, turning, and trying to get comfortable—but that’s completely gone now. Not a quality pillow
I wanted to replace my tempurpedic serenity pillows with something less stiff and thought this would be better since it was adjustable. Highly disappointed. They are lumpy, quickly flatten, and don’t provide good neck support. I even paid extra for the cooling and can’t tell a difference. I bought two pillows and both are hardly usable.

Beware - Flimsy, Thin, Saggy Topper. Quality has diminished.
I purchased a mattress a tempur adapt cooling topper in April of 2026 and was shocked by the diminished quality of the product. It’s significantly lighter and flimsier than the topper we purchased in 2023. Which leads to a saggy, EXTREMELY soft feel (which is not advertised). When I indicated this to customer service they confirmed that their product had changed since 2023 and refused to return or exchange. Also, don’t buy directly from tempurpedic as they refuse any returns or exchanges. If you choose to buy, buy from a third party seller with standard return policies.
