Ordering was easy, shipping and delivery was as stated. I like that I was able to use mattress same day. I had not tried this particular model and was guessing at what I wanted, but I would say the descriptions were accurate and I got what I expected. Does it miraculously cure all aches and pains? No, but a mattress can only do so much. I am however sleeping much better than I did on my ancient previous mattress. I like the edge firmness, that I can sit on the edge and have it hold up like an old fashioned mattress. It is very firm (relatively loud) when patting the bed to invite up my cats, but once I am laid down it forms comfortably to my body....but not so much that it swallows me - I can still turn over, move about without feeling like I am digging myself out of a snowdrift.

We recently purchased the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt® Closeout Soft King, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best purchases we’ve made. It did take about two weeks to fully break in, but once it did—wow. I’ve struggled with shoulder pain for a while, and since sleeping on this mattress, I haven’t felt an ounce of it. The comfort level is incredible while still providing great support for my joints. We didn’t choose the cooling version, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how cool and comfortable it stays throughout the night. I wake up feeling genuinely refreshed instead of sore and exhausted. I also love that I can’t feel my husband moving around during the night, which has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. With our old mattress, I was constantly tossing, turning, and trying to get comfortable—but that’s completely gone now. Honestly, I find myself looking forward to getting in bed every night (and sometimes wanting to stay there all day). We’re so thankful we made this purchase!
