Family loves it! So comfortable!!
I love my new couch and chair! However, the delivery process was a doozy and was not pleasant whatsoever. My original delivery date was Saturday, May 23, but the delivery drivers refused to make the delivery and actually left with my furniture without saying anything to me. I had to wait 4 days to get the furniture delivered by an entire new delivery team. I am grateful to the new delivery team for their professionalism and dedication to make sure my products arrived safely and in a timely manner.
