Broke within a week
The chair broke within a week. Since it was a floor model, nothing could be done about it. It was not made very well if this could happen.

One of the functions on the remote doesn’t work.
Just as the delivery guys finished dropping off my chair, I sat in it and tried out the remote control, only to find that one of the three functions failed to work. I called rooms to go and a technician can’t get out here until next week Wednesday. I love the chair otherwise.
