Beautiful fabric that's nice to the touch but chair doesn't recline far enough.
Too Difficult Recliner
Sales rep was excellent. Fabric & pricing very nice. Even the service rep who came to “adjust” the recliner was very good too. But, bottom line…. Getting out of this manual recliner is nearly impossible for my wife, you ger/weaker individuals and our grandchildren. The pressure needed from the exiting person’s heels is way too much. This was not the case for this recliner (in-store demo) when we decided to purchase it. Can this be fixed or improved?
We had the first one replaced. One end recliner had a gap between it and the middle. The replacement has one as well!!!
