Not as it appears.
First of all, Emily the sales person that assisted me was very kind, helpful as well as knowledgeable. I purchased this reclining loveseat at Rooms To Go at the Dunn NC Outlet Store. The recliner wass a nice piece at a good price or so I thought. It had some visible cosmetic damage but I was okay with the minimal damage for the discounted price. When I brought it home, the backs of recliners had to be removed to get it into my home. Once I removed the backs, I realized the recliner was used used. Between the sides of cushions was lots of dog hair. I got a good deal under false pretenses. The salesperson stated that the sales people were not aware of the circumstances or reason the furniture was returned. I specifically asked if itwas repossessed. The nice salesperson did not know. I also questioned this because some of the other pieces were obviously very dirty. The recliner is a nice quality made recliner. I just don't appreciate being deceived by the company. I do not blame Emily, the sales person.
This loveseat is very comfortable ! It feels like a soft genuine leather. I highly recommend it!
