Couch and loveseat to hard
We purchased the couch and loveseat. Though nice looking bith itemsbare very hard and slippery. If all sale weren't final we would return couch and loveseat. I did have service come to my home to make sure mechanics were ok. He sat on couch and said nothing was wrong. Just needed wear. This will be my last purchase from RTG.

Difference in comfort of side at the store vs one received at home?
When I sat on this couch in the store - it fit like a glove. I am rather short. One of my priorities for a couch is to be able to sit comfortably with my back against the seat’s back for support aligned with my torso while my feet are on the ground. Since this couch arrived to my home my feet have not touched the ground while sitting on it unless I have shifted forward to allow my feet to touch the floor without using the back which is not comfortable for any length of time or put a pillow between the back of the sofa and me to give my back support when sitting on the sofa to allow my feet to touch. What are my options?
