We absolutely love the couch, but unfortunately, the reclining mechanism stopped working after one week. When they installed it, the installer even had a problem with the reclining mechanism working, but he somehow got it to work, but it has died again. The saddens me because it’s only two weeks old. But your delivery people are absolutely wonderful.
