The furniture is comfortable and I like the way it looks in our living room; however the manual recliner on the left side of the couch is extremely hard to activate. The repair tech came and replaced the handle but it is still very difficult to pull. The only way I can get it to open is to stand beside the couch and pull the handle. Even my husband has difficulty. The tech said it should loosen up, but it hasn’t.

Love the reclining sofa, but the recliner I had problems moving the lever! Serviceman came and now it is easier! Satisfied with our purchase!
