Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
How durable is this sofa, especially considering its leather upholstery?
This sofa features supple top grain leather where the body touches, with vinyl sides and back. Leather sofas are well-regarded for their durability and ease of cleaning, often lasting 10-15 years or more with proper care. The power reclining mechanism is also built with quality standards, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Is this leather sofa a practical choice for a home with children or pets?
Yes, leather is an excellent material for homes with children and pets due to its natural resistance to stains and spills, making it easier to clean than many fabric alternatives. For regular maintenance, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth, and for optimal longevity, condition the leather every 6-12 months to prevent cracking.
How can I determine if this sofa will fit well in my living room, particularly if space is a concern?
The Vercelli Way Gray Leather Power Reclining Sofa measures 85.50 inches wide, 40 inches deep, and 41 inches high. When fully reclined, the footrest extends an additional 24 inches, and we recommend allowing 6 inches for wall spacing behind the sofa. To ensure a perfect fit, carefully measure your living area, including doorways and hallways, considering the sofa's dimensions both in its upright and fully reclined positions to ensure ample space for movement and use.
What are the key features of the power reclining mechanism and how reliable is it?
This power reclining sofa offers ultimate convenience with power reclining buttons on each side, allowing you to effortlessly raise and lower the padover chaise-style footrest to your preferred position. For added modern functionality, it includes convenient USB ports. Our power reclining sofas are designed for reliability, featuring high-quality motors and sturdy frames that ensure consistent and long-lasting performance.
What kind of comfort can I expect from the design and cushions of this sofa?
The sofa is designed for head-to-toe comfort, featuring contoured bucket seats that provide ergonomic support and plush pillow top arms for a soft, inviting feel. The pillow back style further enhances the overall comfort, making it an ideal choice for extended relaxation.

reclining couch
one side of our couch will not close! you have to slam it real hard to close. Took over a month to get a repairman to come look at it. They have not come to look at it yet, We would like a new couch to replace with out repair. You buy something this expensive and it needs fixed within 2 weeks of getting it. Not right.
