Couch
We like our couch but didn't realize how puffy the sides are. I think I would have liked to have gone to a couch with different arms, more solid. I am concerned that they won't hold up well. After spending $3500 on the set, I want them to hold up for a few years. WE have the same issue with the love seat and recliner. We also have a hard time getting the reclining part of the 3 pieces to pull up. Sometimes, I just can't pop that thing to make it open. I'm pretty strong, so that blows my mind. Once again the arms to the loveseat and recliner, I would have bought a sturdier one.

love the couch and the comfort but the handle to pull up the legs seems flimsy to me.. pulling backwards instead of up, as it is on 3 other couches I have owned, is not ideal. Not only harder to do but waiting on that handle to break. Left a message the first week but no one answered me.. Hope there is some kind of warranty if it breaks.???
