If a spill occurs, blot it immediately with a clean, slightly damp cloth—do not rub, as this can push moisture deeper into the cord. Because it is a natural material, it is best kept in humidity-controlled indoor environments to prevent the fibers from stretching or warping over time.

This product requires customer assembly. The set includes two chairs and all necessary hardware. To ensure long-term stability and prevent wobbling—a common concern with self-assembled furniture—we recommend tightening all bolts to about 80% during the initial setup, placing the chair on a level surface to ensure it is balanced, and then fully tightening the hardware. Periodic checks to tighten the bolts once or twice a year will keep the frame feeling solid and secure.
