Very Happy with it

It is beautiful and comfortable.
Serious quality control concerns
The sectional is what we were looking for and picked this group. The two couches are fine but the wedge doesn't match. It's out of square, doesn't sit level, and the seat is about 1.5 inches lower on one side. I've had three total now and not one has been the same. A RtoG rep came out and looked at the wedge I was left with and agreed there are issues with it. It's been a couple weeks and haven't heard anything about it. I respectfully request a new Wedge or a serious discount on it.

The color of my recliner sofa looks very different from how it did in the store . I’ve noticed the stitching is starting to lift on cushions that aren’t even being sat on . I’m disappointed because when I reached out to my salesman he didn’t seem concerned. I’m dissatisfied because I didn’t purchase the Warrenty because it was expensive and only for three years . I never would have expected to need it after two weeks .. This experience is not giving return customer vibes !!
