Westmere Stationary Sofa

To successfully navigate delivery, you will need a clear path that accommodates the sofa's 94.5-inch length, 36.5-inch depth, and 39-inch height. Standard interior doorways measuring 32 to 36 inches wide can typically accommodate the sofa when it is carried on its side and pivoted through at an angle, especially prior to attaching the feet. Be sure to measure entryway corners, hallway turn radiuses, and stairwell landings in advance to confirm there is sufficient clearance to pivot a nearly 8-foot-long piece.

For routine care, vacuum the upholstery weekly using a soft brush attachment to lift dust, crumbs, and pet hair out of the chenille pile before they settle into the fibers. When liquid spills occur, immediately blot the area with a clean, dry, absorbent white towel; avoid scrubbing or pressing down aggressively, which can flatten the fabric pile. For localized spot cleaning, use a mild, water-free solvent or upholstery-safe cleaning solution, always testing it first on an inconspicuous area.

With an upright seat height of 22 inches, this sofa provides an elevated, supportive sit that makes sitting down and standing back up comfortable and effortless. The wide seating platform offers plenty of room to stretch out, while the gently flared arms provide a comfortable angle for resting your arms or leaning back. Included jacquard accent pillows add tailored lumbar support and allow you to adjust your seating posture.

Because this sofa measures 94.5 inches wide and 36.5 inches deep, it is a full-scale three-seat sofa best suited for medium to large living rooms or open-concept floor plans. In a smaller apartment or tight studio layout, a sofa of this length can quickly crowd traffic lanes and visual space. For more compact footprints, choosing a two-cushion loveseat from the same collection offers the same flared-arm profile and deep seating while preserving valuable square footage.

The sofa is upholstered in 100% polyester chenille, which provides the plush, velvety texture of traditional chenille combined with the inherent strength of synthetic fibers. Polyester fibers naturally resist stretching, tearing, and everyday abrasion better than delicate natural fibers. Additionally, reinforced top-stitched seams strengthen the main stress points across the cushions and frame. While chenille's raised pile feels soft, pet owners should regularly trim pet claws to prevent snags in the woven loops.

The dove upholstery sits squarely in the transitional greige family, bridging cool gray and warm beige undertones. This neutral adaptability allows the sofa to pair seamlessly with cool finishes like brushed nickel, concrete, or glass, as well as warm accents like natural oak, cognac leather, and brass. Combined with clean lines, flared arms, and patterned jacquard pillows, it coordinates naturally with contemporary, modern farmhouse, and casual transitional interiors.
