Thank you for purchasing Moto Sleep furniture. Since our inception in 2013, Moto has positioned itself as a leader in innovation, design, and execution of fashion-forward furniture.

Here are the terms of Moto limited warranty coverage:

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Please also note the following limitations and exclusions:

  1. This limited warranty is valid only to the original retail buyer of the MOTO furniture and is not transferable to any third party.
  2. This limited warranty is applicable only to furniture intended for normal household and home office use and does not extend to business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.
  3. This limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Moto’s discretion, of such part or parts that are determined to be defective in workmanship or materials. It does not cover changes occurring from normal wear and usage, or defects and damages resulting from abuse, neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity, alterations, unauthorized repair, or accidents, including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
  4. This limited warranty does not cover any merchandise that was, at any time, used as a floor sample or display model, or purchased from a liquidator.
  5. In no event will Moto be responsible or liable for consequential or incidental damages, including any loss, expense, or damage other than to the furniture itself, even if it had reason to know in advance that such damages were possible.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

When you make a warranty claim, please reach out directly to Moto. Upon presentation of the claim, you will be required to provide proof of purchase and the product serial number.

Warranty repairs will be made by replacing the defective parts, returning the furniture product for credit, or replacing the furniture product entirely. Any warranty service determination will be made by Moto or its designated representative at the time of claim.
