It was my first time at rooms to go outlets and immediately I was attended by Gina. She was incredible and so knowledgeable and patient. I spent a lot of time thinking and asking questions and even buying the couch and immediately cancelling the transaction because I didn’t think things would work out. Throughout all of this Gina was so attentive and kind and did some research and work to help us get the couch in time for an occasion. After i cancelled the purchase I bought the couch I wanted again and left happy. It takes a specific person to deal with that type of customer and in the end we are happy we worked with Gina.

Today was our lucky day at Rooms To Go Outlet in Seffner. Vijay was our sale agent and let us roam the store freely. We were shopping for a credenza. We thought we’d seen everything but my eye caught a section we’d missed. It was a beautiful credenza with inlaid tile pieces and the size we were looking for. The price though wasn’t marked down enough so we asked for an additional discount and now it’s ours. Thanks Vijay for a pleasant shopping experience!
