I couldn’t order anything online so I called them. There was some kind of personal info mix up with my online account. I called Rooms to Go and Synchrony Bank back and forth numerous times. Each side blamed and said I needed to call the other. Finally, the last recommendation was to snail mail them a picture of my driver license, no upload or email option.. Epic fail customer service and support. I used to be I. A place where I couldn’t actually afford furniture without financing it, so I feel sorry for people who can’t afford to pay for furniture up front and are forced to use the Rooms to Go financing option.
