Bought this for my husband’s “Man Cave” he loves it and it looks amazing. Can’t wait to buy my living room sectional next.

We are loving our reclining console loveseat. It’s very sturdy and comfortable.
Received the product weeks after it was agreed and then when it was it was missing hardware which took another week which was missing hardware again.
The couch was delivered two weeks late and when it was, it came without the hardware to assemble it. I made many phone calls before I was told that the hardware would be sent overnight. That did not occur, it came several days later. What came was the wrong items. It took another 10 days for a replacement of the couch. Horrible customer service and experience!
