Light weight and comfortable
Poor customer service
The chair has scratches and scrapes on it. I called CS and was given a website to report and upload pictures for proof and I have not heard anything from anyone. I've uploaded the information twice! Can someone respond to me so that the chair can be replaced. The chair came assembled and was just handed to my husband and that was it.
Felt pads as accessory would be a plus
