threads of fabric were separating
I bought 2 identical sets of split king performance hyper-cotton sheet sets at Ashley Home Store in Burlington, IA. The third time I laundered the first set, 1 of the fitted sheets started showing small thread separation and then breakage and then holes that became large tears. Only 1 fitted sheet did this when both sheets and the pillow cases were used and laundered together. I use only a mild HE detergent in my LG washer. I had to throw out the defective sheet. Now I have an uneven set. Please let me know your thoughts.

Poor return policy
I bought a set of Hyper-cotton sheets. No where on the package does it say that it fits a 17 inch mattress. Bottom sheet is way to large. I have a set of Dri-tech that fits fine so I figured these would also fit. I called Customer service to find out they have no return policy on a sheet that was taken out of the package. I had bought a 2nd set of sheets that are unopened, you can rest assure they will be returned. But, I get to pay postage. Buyer beware make sure you know what your buying.

King Sheets
I would like to have the washing instructions and can't seem to find them. It should be on the sheet packaging instead of the time consuming method of qr codes. I am a senior citizen and do not do well with this method.
