Bellingham furniture NOT worth the price
Tried the furniture in the store for about an hour, felt fine and looked good. Salesman said it’s been on the floor for about 3 years. Wish I would’ve bought floor model, because brand new didn’t withstand 24 hours. Cushions sag within hours, so contacted store and customer service, told them I wanted my money back that I wasn’t happy.They told me no but they would replace chair and cushion to loveseat, which they did, same thing happened. Looks like I had this furniture for years. My last furniture was 10 years old and was just starting to sag. Not happy and will not buy again from Room To Go, since they don’t really care if customers are happy.
UNacceptable PIECE, but EXCELLENT Customer Service
The Loveseat was a Huge DISAPPOINTMENT!! BOTH the Seat & Back cushions were totally random! They looked as if they weren’t even made for my loveseat! All Cushions TOTALLY out-of-shape, & color mismatch, as well. A 4” gap between one back cushion & the arm. C/S told me it had to be handled through the store when I made my purchase... ON SATURDAY, I called RANDY (Smith?), the Manager of the Altamonte, FL store, where I had purchased my Loveseat. I spoke with him, & sent pics he requested. Randy called me back immediately- I don’t think he’d ever seen such a poor “quality” piece of furniture before. I think he was genuinely shocked, & supported my intent to return, 100%! No question about it! On Sunday, Randy called to say he’d spoken to the REGIONAL Manager, and that they were going to refund my purchase price completely, and arranged for pick-up about 10-days later. They were unable to credit the original delivery, which I was fine with, because they were EXCELLENT about my wanting to RETURN the Loveseat; I didn’t have to argue over it, and ALL THE DETAILS between Randy, the General Manager & Me took place on Saturday & Sunday~ this level of C/S on the part of the Store, was Exceptional, in my opinion!! ***RTG POLICY apparently Does NOT accept Returns or Issue REFUNDS. (If I had known that I would never have purchased anything from them, as I Do NOT do business with Companies that Do Not have a REASONABLE RETURN POLICY-I’ve been “bitten” before!!). That said, my dealings with Store Management over a WEEKEND, and their attention to RAPID RESOLUTION, was UNparalleled! Randy spoke up on my behalf; he supported the customer, in spite of RTG Not having a Return Policy.
