There were general problems with the order. I've been trying to get a refund for five weeks, and it's been denied because a €5 item was exchanged, but the item in question has absolutely nothing to do with it. Never again Rooms to Go

The product was good though. The service was really bad. They said it was not a product sold by Roomst Go, so it was not subject to assembly. The service was really poor.
