Regret this purchase
This chair hurts my back!! Just above the lumbar adjustment is a solid area that does not give in. I purchased this $2.300 chair to sleep in while using my BiPap. The headrest is not adjustable. So unless I’m sleeping in the chair, my head can’t rest while sitting to give my neck a rest. Sound system is a complete joke!!! It connects and disconnects often. I tried going direct cable but it doesn’t work. The sound itself is too loud. You. can only hear one speaker unless you sit perfectly centered. The massage feature is extremely lacking. It uses air to like pillows. It basically doesn’t do anything. The memory system for the programmable button, only has one memory setting. Goofy! Why not two or three? To use the memory feature. You must open the arm compartment and hold the button down unless it’s finished adjusting. I regret purchasing this chair and I really needed it for health. I’d exchange it if I could.
