Love it, very comfortable.
Sectional
I love my new sectional. The only problem is that it is not hooked up correctly and the people that get sent out to take care of this do not seem to know how to fix the issue. I say they can look at the one on the showroom floor and see how it is done. Other than that, loved our salesperson and love our sectional.
Some Issues but Overall Looks Very Nice
Our product is dark gray leather sectional recliners. We like the LED lights. There are USB ports for charging various electronic devices included in the recliners but they are not all the same. Some can charge apple devices and one can charge my android device. There was no option choice as to which one is included and I have no apple devices, so I cannot utilize all of the charging ports. Overall, it looks very smart in my living room. Coffee tables and one end table ordered and delivered separately. Paid for white glove delivery and set up. The coffee table was missing the clear rubber guide/protectors for between the glass and the metal frame. Therefore, the table top could not be set up until these missing pieces were sent. I ended up purchasing myself and finishing the set up myself. The tags and labels were never taken off, so I am unsure what was included in this $59 set up.
