Great sofa, perfect size
Firm, yet comfortable, and looks great in the living room. It sits at the perfect height for people that want something that they won't have a problem getting up from. Great sofa to curl up on. I love the fabric, easy to clean. It looks even better in person!
Sooo unhappy 🙁
I am soooo unhappy with the sofa. First one was damaged. The second one has gaps in between the cushions. When I sit down I feel like I'm falling forward. Chase lounge is not attached in anyway. Not worth the money at all. Soooo unhappy with my purchase. The worst investment I have made. Now I have to pay for 3 years for something I don't like.
No tienen personal que hable español. Estuve hace como un mes en una de sus tiendas y hicimos una compra de una cama un juego de sala y una base de cama la persona que nos atendió nos hizo saber que nuestro pedido llegaría en fin de semana dijo lo más pronto lo enviamos estará llegando entre viernes y sábado y si nos llegó el juego de sala el viernes y la base pero resulta que la otra cama llega hasta abril y cometimos el error de no revisar el recibo que nos dió. Yo no sé inglés al cien pero si puedo entender lo suficiente como para saber que jamás el menciono que nuestra cama llegaría dentro de cuatro meses desde ese día de la compra y llamamos y no nos resolvieron nada
Crappy sofa
Received a couch that had cushions that were bad, had a representative to evaluate. Deemed it to had bad cushions. They ordered new, they said it could that up to 3 months, yes 3 months. Called to get a replacement on defective sofa, and they don't return calls.
