Our Sales guy Tanner, was great! He answered all our questions and concerns. One of our concerns: would the product be as Good as the floor model? IT SURE IS! Perfection from sales, product, delivery, to our daily comfort!! We've had other recliners three times this cost, and they were a Big disappointment. This recliner is SO comfortable. It has truly exceeded our expectations. My husband is 5 11", myself 5 4", great fit for us both. Note: the fabric samples in store say Gray and Blue, while they look Beige and Sage. We ordered blue. We love the color. It looks like a shade of aquamarine. Thank you RTG.
