Set good, unhappy with RTG!
We just moved to a new area 4 hours away from our other location. We purchased this new furniture set, 2 recliners and a couch, with Rooms to Go (RTG) on March 21st. Our Living room is small and I was worried about couch being too large. After delivery I moved it all different ways to accommodate my space and slept on it. Moved again, slept on it. Being still very busy with the move and setting up all the things with a new location (busy busy) I called last week, April 25, 2025 to see if I could change couch out for a live seat. NOTHING wrong with couch, still brand new, hardly even sat on, as it’s just me and hubby, no kids. They were not willing to help me at all. So that’s a complete disappointment, and I will not buy from them again. However, this isn’t to be negative regarding the furniture, it is comfy. Just not going to do business with RTG again.
Relaxing
So far the sofas have been enjoyable and relaxing. They are comfortable and I’m hoping very durable.
